  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, add cream butter and 2/3 cup sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. 
  2. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in yogurt, lemon juice, zest, and extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture; stir just until moistened. 
  4. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake 17-19 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven. Increase oven setting to 400°.
  5. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat egg whites on medium speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add remaining sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating on high after each addition until sugar is dissolved. Continue beating until stiff glossy peaks form.
  6. Spread or pipe meringue onto muffins. Bake 6-8 minutes longer or until meringue is golden brown.
  7. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
  8. Serve.

Soft and chewy Krispie bars loaded with the chocolate hazelnut flavor is perfectly complemented by the cereal, butter, marshmallows, cocoa, that are made in 10 minutes.

Ingredients you need

  1. Melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large saucepan or stock pan over medium heat.
  2. When butter is melted, add 6 cups of mini marshmallows.
  3. Continue stirring until the marshmallows are melted, add 1/8 teaspoon of table salt, add 1 cup nutella spread, and a handful of hazelnut.
  4. Remove the mixture from the heat, then add 4 1/2 cups of rice krispie and stir it well.
  5. Grease a roll pan (for better results use cooking spray) then spread the mixture evenly into the pan. Spray your fingertips with cooking spray and use them to press the mixture into the pan firmly.
  6. Allow it to cool for 25 mins
  7. Use a serrated knife to cut the mixture into bars about one inch thick. You should get 10-11 bars. 
  8. Serve.

Crunchy Strawberry Coconut Breakfast Pie

Here is the most loved and healthy breakfast recipe of Strawberry Coconut Oatmeal Crunchy Pie combines a crust made of shredded coconut, quick oats, and cereal flakes which make the crust crunchy, and topped with a silky strawberry sauce and sliced, fresh strawberries.

There’s a secret ingredient that makes it above and beyond what you’re expecting. The secret ingredient in this Strawberry Pie is Maple syrup.

Ingredients you need

  • 1 cup cereal flakes with strawberries (e.g. Kellogg's Special K Red Berries)
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, mashed or pureed
  • 3 cups sliced strawberries

Garnish

  • 1 cup cereal flakes with strawberries, crushed
  • Handful of sweetened shredded coconut and Almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degree
  2. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with baking spray and set aside.
  3. Place cereal in a ziplock bag, close the bag and crush the cereal with a rolling pin.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed cereal, oats, flour, coconut, and maple syrup; stir until completely blended.
  5. Press mixture into previously prepared pie plate. You can use a buttered spatula to do this, or you can also spray some cooking spray on your hands so that the mixture doesn't stick.
  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let completely cool.
  8. Prepare the strawberry sauce by combining water and corn starch in a microwave-safe bowl.
  9. Stir until well blended.
  10. Mix in mashed strawberries and microwave for 30 to 40 seconds, or until sauce is thickened.
  11. Spread sauce on top of cooled pie.
  12. Arrange sliced strawberries and refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes, or until chilled.
  13. Garnish with crushed strawberry cereal flakes, shredded coconut and Almonds
  14. Serve.
